What you’ve been told, and what Dr. Lily teaches
You’ve been told: Stretch the tight spot, get a massage, get adjusted.
Dr. Lily teaches: Change the way you hold your whole body, and the tight spot can finally let go.
You’ve been told: Pull your belly in and tuck your pelvis.
Dr. Lily teaches: Let your belly soften and keep the natural curve in your low back.
You’ve been told: Squeeze your pelvic floor with Kegels.
Dr. Lily teaches: Your pelvic floor works together with your breath, ribs, hips and feet.
You’ve been told: Lift heavier to get stronger.
Dr. Lily teaches: Build muscle by changing how you move, with less weight or none at all.
If a move from her reels clicked for a minute and then you lost it, REVIVAL is where she teaches the whole method, step by step.
Watch Dr. Lily explain itWhy the pain keeps moving around
One area gets better, and another starts hurting. That whack-a-mole keeps going for as long as each spot gets treated on its own.

What you learn inside REVIVAL
Changing the way you move takes more than doing prescribed exercises with no thought in your mind. It asks you to show up for yourself in a new way, and it’s worth it.
- How you’re creating the shapes
Which exercise you do is beside the point. What matters is how you’re actually doing it.
- Where you’re supposed to feel it
Hint: it’s never in one place. You learn to use your body as an entire system.
- Muscle in the places you want it
Strength from the bottom of your shoulder blades instead of your upper traps, and glutes that grow without leaving you with hip or knee pain.
- Room in your fascia
When your fascial fabric is contorted, you can’t even make a different shape yet. The Reshape work gives you the room to open.
- A nervous system that can settle
Your nervous system is held inside your fascia. If your fascia is super tight, your nervous system is never going to feel regulated.
Find the part of you that hurts
Posts and messages from REVIVAL members and Dr. Lily’s students, grouped by where they hurt. Each one is labeled with where it came from.
Stiff neck, tight traps, achy shoulders
Massage and stretching help for a day, then everything tightens back up.
“My upper traps are literally smaller and softer like an ice cube that is melting.”
Years of tense traps and neck pain that lasted months, after massages, stretching and physical therapy. This was one week of the Foundation movements and a new sleeping position.
“My neck used to be sore everyday and that is gone.”
After 15 years of right shoulder pain and “someone who has tried it all.”
“For the first time in my life my traps feel relaxed.”
One week of following Dr. Lily’s sleep posture video.
Low back and hips, especially if you sit all day
The ache that’s worst after a long day at a desk, a day on your feet, or a night’s sleep.
“Did ONE lesson on hips back posture and my back pain is 10x times better than it has been in weeks.”
“I had no idea I was constantly clenching my lower back and glutes.”
“I felt so much better at the end of the day after 25,000 steps.”
She usually ends a day of walking with painful shoulders, low back, hips, knees, ankles and feet.
Pelvic floor and postpartum
Leaking, prolapse, diastasis recti, pelvic pain in pregnancy, or a body that hasn’t felt like yours since birth.
“Bowspring has completely healed my diastasis recti, 27 months postpartum.”
A single mom of two under five, practicing for three months from Dr. Lily’s posts and the live Q&As.
“This pregnancy has been much more comfortable in that area than my previous 3 pregnancies.”
Severe pelvic girdle pain in every past pregnancy. Now 33 weeks pregnant with twins.
“I had hip pain for years that has completely disappeared, and the pelvic floor dysfunction is significantly reduced.”
After pelvic floor PT helped with the acute part and things still didn’t feel right.
Jaw clenching and night guards
Clenching, grinding, a jaw that locks or clicks, and a night guard that protects your teeth while the clenching carries on.
“For the first time through this whole jaw situation I no longer feel like I need to rely on all of these external people to ‘fix my body’.”
A year and a half of practitioners for her jaw, ear, hip and low back. “I tried another bowspring class last summer, but had no clue what I was doing and saw no improvements.”
“I would wake up groggy from clenching my teeth all night, with soreness in my neck and shoulders.”
Dr. Lily’s own jaw, before she changed the way she moves. The face, jaw and airway practices inside REVIVAL come from what she learned getting out of it.
Hypermobile, lifted for years, or tried everything
Dr. Lily is hypermobile herself, and she lifted heavy for years. These are the people who come to her after everything else.
“I tried every possible treatment but any relief I got was very short lived.”
50 years old, with two and a half years of chronic low back pain. Now she can walk “without injuring myself AND to walk with stability.”
“For the first time in my life I have a sore gluteus medius.”
“Something all the boxing, yoga, pilates, strength training did not manage.”
“I’ve always thought my small weak rear delts, triceps and hamstrings were genetics. Those are lies.”
20+ years of bodybuilding. Foundation videos 3 and 4 woke up her back chain.

Hi, I’m Dr. Lily
When I say I tried everything, I mean I literally got a doctorate in chiropractic.
I lived my life in pain. I would wake up groggy from clenching my teeth all night, with soreness in my neck and shoulders and a tightness in the bottom of my right foot that came up into my knee, my pelvic floor and my hip. I became a Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and lifting heavy tightened me further into the pain patterns I already had.
I made REVIVAL from the humility of letting my heavy strength training workouts go, because I couldn’t do them and hold the open posture I needed to heal at the same time. Now I wake up and I feel excited. I feel open, and rarely experience pain. And when I do, I have the tools and capacity to learn what it is showing me and repattern through it instead of feeling like my body is failing me.
Questions
I’ve tried everything. Why would this be different?
When I say I tried everything, I mean I got a doctorate in chiropractic and became a Strength and Conditioning Specialist. The things I was taught helped only so much, because really it’s the way we’re doing everything.
I’m not here to tell you this will heal everything in your life. Your pain is your most potent teacher, and I’m not God. I can’t take that away from you. What I can teach you is how to work out and move without taking yourself deeper into the things that hurt.
I tried moves from your Instagram and couldn’t follow along
That makes sense. A reel can only show one small piece of the method, and it moves fast.
Inside REVIVAL you start with the six Foundation videos, which teach the basics in order and at a pace you can follow. If you can’t feel something yet, bring it to the live Q&A every other week or ask in the community.
Everyone says women need to lift. Do I have to stop?
You do need strength, and REVIVAL is strength training. We recommend three strength workouts a week that build muscle and bone, and occasionally we use weights.
REVIVAL can work alongside your training or fully replace your workouts, depending on what your body needs. Either way, you start with Foundation. Taking a break from your regular training can be really helpful, because it gives you the capacity to actually change the way you train. But you’re an adult and can experiment how you see fit. I was stubborn and didn’t stop weight training for months, but then regretted that when I took my training intensity to bow while continuing activities like hiking, surfing and swimming.
I’m a beginner, older, or in pain. Can I do this?
Yes. There’s the Foundation series, a Reshape series for doing bodywork on yourself, and a Regulate series where you can work completely on the floor and still build muscle and bone. These principles apply to all bodies: athletes, pregnant and postpartum mamas, and grandparents alike.
Move slowly. Pain is never right.
What is the time commitment?
You can make it fit your life. We recommend three 20 to 60 minute strength workouts each week, 10 to 60 minute videos on the other days, and Sunday rest for sunshine and family.
How do the monthly themes work?
Every month a new theme opens that goes deep on one part of the body or one goal. Past themes include Your Back Hurts and Build Muscle and Bone Without Lifting Heavy. Every theme stays in the library.
If you join partway through a month, start with Foundation, then move into the current theme or any earlier one at your own pace.
Should I take the REPATTERN class or do REVIVAL?
REPATTERN class requires a larger time commitment, as each video is around an hour. It’s my most in-depth offering, teaching you the anatomy, theory, and foundational principles behind this work.
REVIVAL brings those principles into shorter, easier-to-fit sessions with strength training workouts, without as much of the anatomical backstory.
Start with REPATTERN if you want to deeply understand the theory. Choose REVIVAL if you want more digestible chunks of guidance, want to build muscle without pain, or have done REPATTERN already.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. REVIVAL is month to month, and you can cancel anytime. If you’d rather commit for the year, the annual plan is 12 months for the price of 10 ($490 instead of $588).
Is REVIVAL right for my injury or issue?
REVIVAL is not medical treatment and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. It is a movement-based practice designed to help guide the body toward a more natural, healthy, open posture, supporting fluid movement, digestion, emotional regulation, supple fascia, and resilient joints.
These principles have also helped people better support their bodies while experiencing concerns such as diastasis recti, leakage, pelvic floor dysfunction, low-back pain, plantar fasciitis, knee and shoulder discomfort, neck pain, headaches, jaw pain, grinding and clenching, airway concerns, scoliosis, and more.
Your health is your responsibility. Reach out to your provider if you need help.
I’m pregnant or postpartum
REVIVAL is the ideal way to prepare your body for birth, or reconnect with it and build new patterns afterward. Your body needs the same foundational principles during pregnancy and postpartum as it does at any other time, only more intentionally.
Around birth, move slowly and focus on the Foundations section. Prioritize correct breathing, awareness, and gentle movement in supportive positions such as hands and knees, or lying on your side, belly, or back, as appropriate and comfortable for you.
Every mama, pregnancy, birth, and recovery is different. Pain is never right.
I have hypermobility
This is especially for you. Learning how to hold your joints is good for everyone but vital for you. Dr. Lily is hypermobile herself, and after getting diagnosed and not finding good answers on how to support her body, she dove deep into figuring it out for herself.
These principles, done slowly with intention, have the ability to stabilize your joints and teach you how you were made to move. Take it slow and use a mirror to see what you’re actually doing.
What equipment will I need?
Most videos require no special equipment. I’ll let you know what you need before each one.
I recommend moving on a mat or sheepskin rug, outside whenever possible. Occasionally, we’ll use weights, rocks, or a countertop. I’ll show you how to use what you already have or what to purchase.
